SUMMARY / OVERVIEW

Under general supervision, intern provides support to various departments as needed. Duties include administrative tasks using discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. The goal of this position is to provide a well-rounded introduction to the various responsibilities within the various functions of the bank. 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                       

May perform any or all of the following duties:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  2. Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, completing adverse action worksheet, retrieval of reports, etc.
  3. Attend client/prospect calls with members of the bank’s sales team as needed.
  4. Assist bank examiners, credit department and other sources as needed regarding file information and/or loan account information.
  5. Respond to inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
  6. Complete other duties as requested.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow First Federal Bank of Wisconsin policies and procedures.

Follow all state and federal banking regulations.

REQUIREMENTS / CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products and solid computer, data systems, and typing skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, payroll administration, and regulations.
